ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide SAP customers to achieve better development and operation management for hybrid solution, provide advisory on methodology, processes and tools. Focusing on operation topics like Solution Manager, CloudALM, Test, Monitoring, DevOps, etc.
  • Implement customer-specific solutions and use SAP technical consulting solution for this purpose and, if necessary, further develop them.
  • Understand customer needs, identify pain points and risks, perform feasibility study and define solution.
  • Initiate and participate in innovation, leveraging intelligent technology and products to improve efficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Good understanding of SAP product and operation, hands on experience in development, operation or customer support.
  • Proficient in at least 1 product component, programing knowledge is a plus.
  • Customer oriented mindset, team player in a diverse cultural environment, willing to take domestic and international business travel.
  • Present and communicate effectively in English and Chinese
