  • Work with regional RISE and partner teams to expand awareness of SAP’s RISE model and its position within SAP overall GTM strategy.   
  • In connection with global account lead(s), deliver and drive SAP RISE messaging for both SAP’s Key Active and SCP accounts with focus on partner relevance and context 
  • Establish target group of accounts for RISE strategy with partners, with specific focus on alignment and coordination with the ecosystem -- infrastructure partners (hyperscalers), Global Strategic Integrater’s (GSI’s), and Regional Systems Integrater’s
  • Define a virtual regional team to execute GTM strategy and document repeatable best-practice proposals to coordinate with the ecosystem. 
  • Establish connections and outcome alignment between hyperscaler and GSI business plans and SAP RISE motions within regions and the wider GTM roles and organizational cadence. 
  • Governance of incentives and selling programs by partners to drive differentiation into RISE selling motions 


Competencies & Experience

  • Progressive experience and responsibility in the software industry
  • Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills in a complex environment
  • Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners
  • Strong analytical competencies 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills an executive level
  • Technical credibility: understanding of cloud architecture – ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and simply
  • Early adopter; exists on the leading edge of strategies / technologies 
  • Understanding of relevant SAP Solutions (SAP BTP, S/4 PCE), cloud-based commerce/business networks.

  • SI Partner manager with experience in a Sales / VAT environment and articulate in our technical strategy
  • Solution Sales executive with a COE makeup (vs a traditional ‘closer’)  
  • Technical Solution Advisor or Solution Architect (COE)
  • HEC Presales; HEC Solution / Product manager – with a sales ‘bent’
  • Customer Solution Director (CSD) – or presales engineer with a technical underpinning 
  • Business Development Expert and opportunity development and coordination
