EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Pipeline Build & Demand Generation:
    • Manage a team of young professionals / Demand Generation Executives
    • Support the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development on target group segmentation and execution tactic to achieve best possible conversion rates
    • Help your team to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
    • Identify and leverage best practice pipeline growth activities (business planning, development, execution and measurement).
    • Ensure continuous optimization and monitoring of lead routing process to achieve best possible business goals
    • Align with partner for joined demand generation initiative and support execution
    • Drive the adaption of the digital sales motion for demand generation
    • Provide Demand generation transparency for Sales Stakeholders
    • Develop best-practices
  • Sales Execution:
    • Work together with sales management, sales executives, demand management, marketing, partners & externals to support the revenue goals 
  • Leadership / People Development:
    • Drives business and operational change within the team to drive highest levels of employee satisfaction
    • Manages and motivates the team to meet goals and to introduce innovative strategies (Digital Sales Motion) for successful coverage
    • Manages productivity of all team members.
    • Provides active coaching to improve performance.
    • Shares best practices on people development across the team
    • Collaborate with all MEE DDE teams for best practices and standardization
    • Further develop the role of the Digital Demand Executive to become SAP’s future primary Demand Execution role

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor (or equivalent) minimum required
  • Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory
  • Excellent organizational, business strategy planning and program/project management skills
  • Strong problem structuring and solving skills – paired with a high level of energy, resilience, intelligence and integrity Excellent communication & presentation skills on all management levels in an international, multi-cultural setting
  • Knowledge of appropriate Demand Generation tactics for the Lower midmarket
  • Experience with joined Demand building activities with Partners
    Preferred Skills:
  • Strong team player who can work collaboratively with others and align across the organization to achieve common goals, while driving results in a dynamic and virtual organization (Sales, Marketing, Channel and Development) Innovative thinking and change agility
  • Hands-on mentality and self-motivation
  • Ability to understand the business evolution and set up a proper Demand Generation strategy
     WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Advanced understanding of SAP, product portfolio and solutions, organization, customers, partners, markets and competition
  • Understanding of Digital Selling concepts
  • 2+ years of Demand Generation practices
  • 2+ years Sales experience is an advantage
  • 5+ years people management experience
  • Experience in leading communities in large matrix organizations
