About the team:
When our clients are implemented with our services a Service Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolio and she/he will coordinate internal teams to deal with client´s requests. No routine guaranteed.
The position is a non-technical position. 
Our Team is based in Prague, but we usually work from home. We have also 2 employees working in Dresden. Wider MEE Team is based in Eschborn.
The basic training takes usually 3 weeks and is delivered online.

 

What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Service Coordinator iXp Intern (f/m/d) – EMEA MEE Concur Services
Location: Eschborn (remote work possible within Germany)

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Activities related to Onboarding of new customer or partner projects
  • Validating and defining expectations and scope of work 
  • Escalation management: coordination and documentation of customer escalations 
  • Triage: review and appropriate routing of service requests 
  • Handoff to Support: managing transition processes between Implementation and Support 
  • Act’s as a point of contact for Post-Implementation Services, dealing with customer requests
  • Any other similar task or responsibility as may be reasonably required


We will support the new hire by: 

  • Providing an extensive training.
  • Giving the opportunity to learn from the most experienced mentors.
  • Assigning a dedicated “Buddy” starting from Day 1  

We will also encourage to bring any improvement ideas on the processes and involve the new hire in different internal initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. 

 

Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • English and German: fluent in spoken and written form 
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently 
  • Task oriented 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Tools Overview (MS Office)

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
