As the management consultancy of SAP, we support customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of strategic business and IT projects. Digitalization and Innovation is the core theme of CIOs and we are looking for a Management Consultant to develop and align customers IT Strategy based on their Business Priorities. The OCM Team, which is a cross function, is primarily focusing on:

  • facilitation of organizational change in complex SAP IT and business transformations for global corporations
  • planning, conceiving and implementing strategic and operational change management measures via successful communication, enablement, and stakeholder management
  • the people side of SAP transformation and innovation programs to support customer success


  • Prepare and execute customer workshops
  • Organizational change delivery, covering change strategy and stakeholder analysis, business and change impact assessment, communication etc.
  • Bid-support / proposal creation, as well as shaping and structuring change initiatives and projects
  • Knowledge management in the context of Organizational Change Management (OCM), Digital Culture and People Enablement
  • Contribution to ongoing development of tools and methodologies around all aspects of organizational change management
  • Support to build a sales pipeline for change and people enablement
  • Ensure alignment across multiple teams to deliver a unified approach at our customers 


  • Masters degree (preferably in business/economics, IT or psychology) or an MBA
  • 4+ years experience in SAP related Consulting or similar in the context of Organizational Change Management
  • High level understanding of the SAP Product and Services Roadmap
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in German and English, Level C
  • Focused and attention to detail when preparing and building content
  • Self starter attitude, inspiring and motivating when working with SAP teams and / or customers
  • Strong problem solving abilities & out-of-the box thinking
  • Understanding of IT trends and their impact on business strategies (e.g. Cloud and its particularities, employee experience management)
  • Project management experience with a focus an agile
