What you'll do
- Drive and assist the implementation and continuous maintenance of our team’s customer success solution (SAP Cloud for Customer)
- Proactive optimization of our internal success processes to further improve our customers’ satisfaction as well as the team’s daily operations
- Support regular reporting and business review procedures rolling up to top management
- Implement a rewards culture and run creative challenges for Customer Success Partners
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study
- Basic project (management) experience
- Good understanding of data base concepts (MS Access / SQL) is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
- Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory), strong skills in spoken and written German (beneficial)
- Good interpersonal skills (i.e. comfortable with speaking to individuals)
- Ability to interact with diverse and global distributed project teams / stakeholders
- Good self-organization skills and a self-starter attitude

The SAP Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success & Renewals team focuses on strategic accounts leveraging the Customer Experience solutions. We drive our customers’ success through maximized cloud adoption and lasting digital business transformation – fast, safe and easy. As a trusted partner, we understand our customers’ goals and business objectives to constantly drive value realization.
We are looking for a Working Student to support the refinement of our best practices including underlying CRM technology, assets and metrics. The Working Student is a trusted team member to run autonomously important tasks with the help of the entire Customer Success team.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
