Are you an experienced communications specialist, able to support at a strategic and operational level, with both internal and external audiences?
Do you have an interest in working within a diverse, cross-regional team, on a multitude of interesting, varied campaigns to support our teams, our customers and our partners?
Are you brimming with creative ideas, not afraid to roll your sleeves up, to drive both strategic and tactical programmes?
Someone with strong digital expertise – one minute creating social posts, the next videos, newsletters, e-zines or other content to support our communications outreach?

We are looking for a strong communicator, with a solid background in either agency or the tech world, experienced in running diverse campaigns. Not afraid to work across all elements of a campaign, managing agencies and with teams across the EMEA region.
This is a great opportunity for you to immerse yourselves across all communications working within the Midmarket and Partner Business for SAP’s EMEA region.  The role is wide and varied. You’ll get exposure to working across the team, supporting with some social media, internal comms, partner comms and content creation. Enthusiasm and passion will be key, alongside a willingness to try new things, research new ways to communicate alongside existing programmes across the region.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, energetic and a “roll up your sleeves” contributor. Relating well and having confidence with senior executives are absolutes – as is the ability to thrive in an environment with rapid change and a need for quick execution. You should have outstanding listening, verbal, & written communication skills as well as be highly collaborative, as we work in a matrixed organizational structure which requires strong consensus building.
• Act as an advisor and partner to the EMEA Midmarket and Partner Leadership Team, reporting to the Director of Communications
• Help define the strategy, campaigns, messaging and programmes for the Midmarket and Partner regional communications – partnering with associated communications teams to create a unified narrative & approach
• Set-up  and drive regular employee communication touchpoints such as All-Hands meetings, newsletters, and leadership events
• Developing strategic messaging & create content that engages employees and establishes an organizational brand experience which can be cascaded across the organization
• Support our partner outreach / thought leadership activities, developing partner stories and content (articles, blogs, videos), content for social media to promote our partner ecosystem and supporting virtual partner events
Executive / Midmarket social media, including researching and writing posts and blogs, developing engaging content, tracking / measuring impact
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• 10+ years of work experience in communications, PR, or related field.
• Has the skills and experience to be able to communicate effectively at executive level, influence others across matrix lines and collaborate across virtual teams to achieve combined goals.
• Excellent written and spoken communications skills, proven social media and digital content background.
• Strong global background to effectively interact with culturally sensitive audiences.
• Ability to perform under pressure and flourish in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to deal competently and professionally with confidential / sensitive topics.

• Languages: fluent business English both spoken and written
