The Role


Design, development, cloud-deployment, and monitoring of microservices, using state of the art technologies and development/deployment practices, that provide innovative e-commerce applications to give SAP Hybris customers the edge over their competitors.


You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplined, agile, globally distributed team where you will be given the opportunity to let your talent and innovation shine through to make a real contribution in this collaborative and fast-paced environment; you will have a voice in direction, functionality, and the technologies adopted.




  • Implement elegant and scalable microservices using state of the art technologies for deployment to YaaS – SAP Hybris’s state of the art cloud platform
  • Produce high quality code that satisfies all functional and non-functional requirements
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology and industry best practices, identifying where they can be incorporated to bring improvements to engineering and operational practices and processes
  • Embrace the Agile process, be self-empowered, t




  • Good core Java (including Java 8)
  • Understanding of good design principles and patterns
  • Understanding of security concepts
  • Experience working in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment and the associated processes and tooling
  • Experience working in a cloud environment would be advantageous
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluen English is essential.
