We are recruiting an experienced Senior Client Marketing Manager to lead our client marketing efforts in the UK Enterprise Business.  The role will focus on client marketing strategy and execution including retention, success and growth of our existing customer base across UK. This opportunity is based in the UK with c20% travel within the UK to customer sites for go-lives and client events.    

 

What you will do:

In addition to developing and supporting the execution of the UK marketing strategy, you will be responsible for three main areas: client pipeline/ demand, client lifecycle communications, and advocacy and awards.  You will be comfortable managing several different projects across functions as well as interpreting global and regional campaigns and initiatives and adapting them to the UK market. 

You will lead the rapid execution of programs in a high growth environment that deliver product utilisation and drive revenue goals through defining a compelling program of customer education, retention, loyalty and advocacy.

 

Tasks include:

  • Planning of the client marketing calendar of initiatives combining demand generation, advocacy, and lifecycle communications
  • Obtaining client success stories strategy and engaging with clients to bring these to life in print and other media
  • Educational activities that help our clients get the most from their solutions such as events, newsletters and Q&A sessions
  • Identification of cross sell and upsell opportunities and programs to support demand generation
  • Day to day management of our marketing intern who can support with execution
  • Relationship with key senior stakeholders including internal Regional Sales Executives, SLT leaders and global teams
  • Relationship with senior external stakeholders within our client base – e.g. onsite meetings, hosting at face to face events  
  • Reporting back to the business on the success of programs plus optimisation of programs to achieve improved NPS scores, pipeline and customer satisfaction

 

What you will bring:

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in marketing execution/ management – the ability to be strategic and hands-on
  • Confident, self-starter with a strong focus and empathy for the customer and excellent leadership skills
  • A marketing or customer success background with good understanding of how customer needs change along the customer lifecycle
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation and across functions to deliver client marketing programs
  • Understanding and experience of cross and upsell programs and generating client pipeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills as this role is customer facing often at senior levels of the customer organisation
  • Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders within the business e.g. Account Management, Client Sales, Sales Directors, Product Marketing, Global Marketing and Implementation
  • A data driven mindset and the ability to interpret data and use it to optimise marketing activities
