What you`ll do 

 

Summary:
The main objective of the (Senior) Project Consultant (f/m/d) – Compliance & Certification is to accompany the security compliance lifecycle and quality of cloud products within the scope of our SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Infrastructure services’ ISMS/BCMS having a holistic approach end-to-end. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Finance, to address technology and security compliance needs.

 

The Role:
Taking over responsibilities in prioritizing security compliance issues incl. Quality and Governance together with the respective operations or development teams will be part of your main activities. As in cloud computing technical security, security controls, and technical and organizational measures are converging, a broad and holistic view on all aspects of compliance and governance is necessary.  

Your role will contribute to managing compliance initiatives, including gap assessments and consulting on implementation of controls to address regulatory requirements while establishing a governance framework and adherence to quality standards. You will consult and coordinate cross-functional, especially in legal and regulatory compliance and translate these into controls. Supporting and sharing good quality practices for internal and external audits related to information security and compliance while providing guidance to the business units will be your day-to-day responsibility.

 


What you bring 

 

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in computer /natural science, economics, engineering or related proficiency in business economics and process analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, project management, quality and / or security
  • Working experience in international and virtual projects 
  • Knowledge of ISO, SOC, C5 related certifications and audits
  • Passion for compliance and background in security and quality (SODL, IT Security Concepts, Quality Management)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • First hands-on experience with compliance, quality and / or security topics is a plus
  • Practical knowledge in Project Management is an advantage
  • ISO/SOC/C5-related certification and audit know-how is desired
  • Know-how about cloud platform technologies like Infrastructure Management, Management System, Virtualization, Container, Kubernetes is a plus
