You will be joining a team called Product Operations which provide services to the product development teams (over 460 people (560 by the end of 2017) within SAP Hybris spanning all its locations Poland, Germany, Canada, England and the US.


The mission of the Product Operations team is to enable operational excellence and improve people development, satisfaction and retention. To achieve our mission, we are responsible for the following areas:  


  • People Operations
  • Agile Coaching and facilitation
  • Organizational Improvement and change management
  • Product Finance

As part of the Product Operations team, you will be required to do the following activities and not limited to:

  • Lead initiatives that address operational issues by researching and evaluating new means to reduce impact and remove barriers to operational effectiveness
  • Managing various initiatives from end to end while creating and motivating ad-hoc teams to best meet the needs of the business
  • Coach teams, managers or individuals to improve working models
  • Create organization strategies for personnel development within the product organization
  • Develop strategies and coordinate best practices implementation for recruiting, hiring, compensation and performance development
  • Develop modern people analytics to understand their contributions, interest, and engagement towards organization’s mission and objectives


Manage change across the product organization by:

  • Planning, communicating, driving, and directly/indirectly implementing the change
  • Collecting feedback about change to ensure satisfaction and improvement for future decisions
  • Communicating to stakeholders about the status of change
  • Consulting about change to all involved parties
  • Support the planning and forecasting of the financial budget for the product organization
  • Ensure operational stability and effectiveness for communities of practices (CoP) across the product organization

Required skills

  • Possess a University Degree from a recognized establishment
  • The ideal candidate worked in software companies and is familiar within IT branch
  • Good Knowledge of lean processes and agile frameworks
  • The ability to think creatively, disrupt the status quo
  • Friendly to change: we have a very dynamic scope depending on the business needs and priorities
  • Collaborative and respectful
  • Having a global mindset and inclusive to world cultures
  • Great people and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Coached teams and people in various topics specifically agility or acted as a scrum master for quite some time
