ABOUT THE TEAM
 

IES provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 100,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IES is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & Hana Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications solutions.

Within IES, IT Business Services is responsible to deliver the whole Top X Portfolio end-to-end across all board areas. The Spend & Workforce IT Solutions Unit is responsible to enable all our employees, every day across all HR, Procurement & Travel as well as Expense Management Processes including HR Payroll, Employee Central, Learning Hub, Talent Management, Core HR, Fieldglass, Ariba & Concur Solutions. The seamless Employee End-User Experience and the enablement of our business, driving the value with end-to-end scenarios is key for our success.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE    
 

  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for authorization and access related topics for HR system(s)
  • Set up a governance model together with HR business stakeholder on authorisation control and work on continuous improvements of it
  • Support HR and other IT team members implementing new HR roles and working on role adjustments based on given guidelines and processes
  • Analyse and resolve authorization issues
  • Be responsible for HR authorization lifecycle management
  • Cooperate with other internal IT Teams on IDM / Security / GRC related topics
  • Drives continuous improvement and ensure SOX compliance in authorization area
  • Working together with SuccessFactors Employee Central authorisation expert on a hybrid authorization concept
  • Innovates when required and necessary

 

 YOUR PROFILE   

 Required skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related discipline
  • 6+ years professional working experience in SAP Application related project delivery and support in SAP ERP authorisation area ideally with HCM background
  • Technical experience with SAP ERP HCM authorisation
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ERP HCM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and drive topics/initiatives together with the business stakeholders
  • Good knowledge about SAP technologies especially, SAP HCM on Premise Solutions and SuccessFactors (added advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
  • Strong motivation/influencing skills; with the ability to manage and achieve fast results
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English

  • Highly motivated to drive innovative and pragmatic solutions to ensure business success
  • High degree of flexibility regarding changing priorities
  • Good understanding of HR processes & application
