YOUR FUTURE ROLE


The Customer Experience (CX) Trust Office Team is looking for a DPP Architect (Expert/Senior Specialist) (f/m/d). As a CX Security DPP Architect you will support the CX Trust Office Team in building up clear processes and strengthen the security posture and maturity of our products. You will also help to determine the security architecture requirements of the CX products and make sure they are followed. In our team you will work together with the other functional areas like Secure Product Development, Product Defense and DPP Risk & Security Assurance in all areas.

 

As a CX Security DPP Architect (f/m/d) you will:

  • Be a consultant to the product and engineering organization to ensure compliance with product data protection and privacy requirements
  • Contribute to the internal data protection and privacy strategy, support and consult product engineering to enable the strategy by partnering with the key stakeholders in all areas of the organization
  • Help meet the data compliance standards and requirements (GDPR, CCPA, PCI, SOX, HIPAA…)
  • Provide privacy-centric technology guidance to strengthen our data compliance posture 
  • Help conduct and supervise threat modelling from a DP perspective, help conduct security testing (SAST / DAST) to understand resulting DP risks and trigger mitigation activities
  • Be a point of contact and represent the organization when working with cross functional teams across the SAP landscape concerning DPP Architectural topics
  • Participate in audits and represent CX data privacy assurance in related DP areas
  • Support and assist in DP related contract negotiations 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

YOUR HARD SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with container and cloud security, VM security and IaaS providers
  • Familiar with prevalent privacy and data protection laws globally as for e.g. GDPR, CCPA, CCPS, NIST, HIPAA
  • Good experience with privacy impact assessments (DPIA, DTPIA)
  • Privacy related certification (e.g. CIPP, CIPT) preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working as a product or infrastructure architect with a strong emphasis on data governance, privacy and compliance
  • Familiarity with software and infrastructure architectural diagrams and an ability to create architectural diagrams that can be used by development teams
  • English and preferably one additional language (German or any other)

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with globally distributed teams
  • Good presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and customer organizations
  • Interact with culturally diverse team members across the globe
  • Self-organized and ability to prioritize
