Position Synopsis:


This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strategies, promotional plans, and associated metrics. The role is intended to help lead sales initiatives to drive new and existing customers utilizing multiple channels including email, social, paid search, and other traditional media. This position will partner with cross functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategies / financial objectives and will work closely with external partners / agencies in support of marketing team efforts.


This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing.


Overview of Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to acquire & retain customers, and build SAP NS2 brand-family awareness


  • Ensure testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on Channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements in order to achieve maximum ROI in each channel. 


  • Coordinate and manage marketing automation / CRM touch points, including email marketing, retention strategies, and new customer acquisition initiatives. 


  • Lead the email marketing program including all promotional, trigger-based, targeted segment campaigns and service/post transaction email.


  • Oversight of content development for promotional materials for use across integrated marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, promotional, event-based).  Content types may include case studies, website content, datasheets, white papers, and blogs


  • Ensure that the SAP NS2 brand (and sub-brand) identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels


  • Utilize data and marketing analytics to provide insights on KPIs & campaign ROI and make recommendations to the marketing director.
  • Oversight of team members for execution of trade show, events, exhibition spaces.
  • Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns.

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with strong understanding of content and digital marketing 
  • Proven experience in writing, editing, content planning
  • Solid understanding of event planning and brand management 
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter
  • Proven track record of marketing success
  • Experience building a brand, product, solution or business category preferred 
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 10-20%)
