Cloud Service Sales Engagement Managers (SSEM's) work closely with the SAP NS2 and SAP License organizations, SAP NS2 and SAP Consulting and Delivery counterparts, customers, and partners to ensure the overall success of the sale and implementation of SAP NS2 Cloud solutions and are expected to significantly contribute to the overall success of the customer relationship.



In this role, you’ll generate demand for SAP NS2 Cloud offerings, develop opportunity execution plans, identify key team members and resources needed to properly scope the project(s) to meet client needs and SAP NS2 business parameters, and manage the customer relationship(s) from initial discussions to close of deal. This role will align to both growth and existing SAP NS2 accounts.   A key component to your success will be working to identify net new opportunities, as well as maintaining any existing account assignments.  In order to develop a strong revenue backlog and individual annuity, territory planning, account development and lead generation are critical components to success.


Incumbent will work closely with license, LOB and back-office teams to deliver holistic, value-based business outcomes. Additional responsibilities will include forecasting to a 3x pipeline for future accounts, accurate and timely reporting in CRM & other appropriate systems and managing accounts receivables for your individual account portfolio. 



This is a Senior level pursuit leadership role and requires a seasoned professional with varied career experiences including at least 8 plus years of Sales and Account Management experience.  Experience should also include a strong track record of new account development, territory building and quota performance.  Candidate is required to have a strong background with the Aerospace & Defense market. 



  • BA/BS or comparable is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a driven sales professional and have strong capabilities in:
  • Quota Attainment/Account Planning
  • Pursuit Leadership
  • 8 plus years of experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management
