 Key Responsibilities and Tasks

 This position is responsible for the execution of HR processes and transactions according to documented procedures within the HR organization. The main function of this role is to ensure successful execution of HR processes and services within the SAP NS2 group.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality


Job Description:


  • Work on projects that will add significant value to the business
  • Present analysis and recommendations on a strategic initiative to the HR leadership team
  • Provides administrative assistance to the HR department
  • Coordinates various HR programs, activities and initiatives
  • Manages the administrative piece of the onboarding process for all new hires; ensures compliance
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Consults on employee relations issues
  • Workday reporting and assisting with data and trend analysis
  • Track updates to HR practices and distribute important information to employees


Education Requirements


  • Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree



  • 0-10% Travel
