SAP NS2 Quality Assurance Analyst – TS/SCI + Poly Required-Metro DC

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

SAP NS2 Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of the SAP NS2 Professional Services Organization (PSO) Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS will provide industry standard quality practices, considered best in class by leading system integrators, as well as adhere to the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK and SAP quality assurance guidelines.  The QMS should contain elements that are both highly proactive, with leading indicators defined and monitored to identify quality risks well in advance of them become issues, and reactive based on outcomes of audits and lower touch activities.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will provide training, execution, and monitoring for the QMS to the internal project management team, as well as lead customer-facing quality assurance activities, such as quality planning, development of quality KPIs, quality audits, corrective action recommendations, and monitoring as defined by the QMS.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop a core QMS but will display professional flexibility in assisting the project management team in tailoring the standard QMS approach and tools for specific projects and customer outcomes. The Quality Assurance Analyst has ability to plan quality for complex projects as well as smaller programs and will be adept at working across multiple lines of business, organizations, and within a highly diverse culture.

 EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Executes a defined quality control process to evaluate software and associated documentation.
  • Works under supervision.
  • Provide input on the level of effort and resources required to execute the quality plan and achieve KPIs.
  • Provide input on acceptance criteria.
  • Understand the customer drivers and desired outcomes.
  • Form and maintain positive relationships with project leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Communicate a clear vision of the QMS objectives.
  • Ensure proper application of QMS methodology, tools, and procedures.
  • Perform ongoing quality reviews.
  • Report findings and creative fact-based, actionable plans.
  • Monitor for plan implementation and results and advise on corrective action.
  • Build customer relationships and remain non-biased throughout a review.
  • Conduct lessons learned for industry, product, or situation.
  • Assist in securing customer reference and success story.
  • Demonstrate leadership in given product space

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of project experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects, preferably dedicated to quality programs.
  • Experience in the full lifecycle of projects, from bid to close out.
  • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully work and thrive in a culturally diverse setting.

 EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI + Poly Required
  • Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Travel: Work is on site in Virginia
  • English: Fluent
