The Secure HANA Cloud Sales Support role possesses a basic level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team (VAT team) in support of the Secure HANA Cloud sales strategy.

A Secure HANA Cloud Sale Support Specialist interacts with the SAP sales teams, prospective and existing customers through meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions.

The primary role of the Secure HANA Cloud Sales Support Specialist is to work with the existing sales team to understand our Cloud strategy and roadmap, as well as internal processes to support the team with Cloud pricing activities, Changes Requests, CRM functions.  The role will help develop and support the Secure HANA Cloud offering across the different operational lines which include Sales, Contracts, Operations, and Go To Market teams.

This is a fast-paced environment and a nimble, results-oriented team who is looking for someone that is detail oriented and brings a positive attitude, ready to embrace the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

Offering Support:  

  • Compose and deliver sales presentations covering the Secure HANA Cloud and other NS2 related cloud offerings.  These presentations will be primarily to the internal sales teams and presales teams in the field.  The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences. 
  • Personalization of sales content to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP solutions and Regulated Industries and maintain credibility with prospective stakeholders.
  • Support white papers and content creation in support of customer needs.
  • Ability to effectively present to customers “remotely” using virtual technologies.
  • Effectively leverage additional teams who are there to support advisor’s success. (partners, marketing, contracts and product management). 


  • 2+ years of presales / consulting / software experience
  • Good to have: 2 - 4 years of experience in Public Sector business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft application (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills
  • Willing to take responsibility and to learn with a “Get-it-done” attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized to multitask
  • Goal-focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional, an environment that always changes
  • Experience in sales and sales processes (RFx responses/Sales strategy and execution, etc.)


  • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
