Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery. EMEA Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee and manager requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). HR services are delivered onsite for Turkey. Local HR Services Associate cooperates closely with all other teams within HR.


  • HR/Business Degree 
  • Highly customer oriented

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible / adaptable
  • Accuracy / high attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Turkish employment law/ legislation
  • Knowledge of HR Processes
  • 2 - 4 years experience in a similar HR role pref. in a multinational IT company 
  • Ability to work with confidential information  
  • Responsible for operational side of HR activities
  • Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • HR Portal pages maintenance and input for HRdirect knowledge base
  • Creation of HR statements, verification and employment letters
  • On-boarding and off-boarding 
  • Administration of contractual changes and preparation for payroll
  • Support process alignment and HR shared service migration activities
  • Promotion of HR Shared Service Centre concept and support of local HR communication
  • Partner with other HR Service Specialists in EMEA, HRBP and HR Center of Excellence for problem solving and service improvements
