About the role:

 

The Communication and Program Assistant is expected to support various initiatives for the Global Industry and Value Advisory team and will be working closely with Program Managers for example the Program Manager for our 8-month training program for 150 Global Industry and Value Advisors and the Program Manager for our community platform for 600+ Global Industry and Value Advisors as well as new and exciting upcoming projects. Our team is looking for a strong communicator who can assist Program Managers with various tasks within the field of  program management, communication, and  content amplification. Curiosity and a passion for creativity are traits we highly value.

The successful candidate must have a breadth of experience in communications and a passion for connecting people with information in new and creative ways.

  • Excellent communicator
  • Skilled in Business writing 
  • Good at managing projects with multiple stakeholders expecting progress updates 
  • Fluent in both oral and written English 
  • Understand how to message across different lines of business and cultural boundaries 
  • Able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective collateral 
  • Excellent with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A collaborator who can work with a global team virtually  
  • Welcoming of feedback and suggestions 
  • A self-starter and independent thinker who can run with various tasks  
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy and dependability 
  • Curios to learn and a desire to bring fresh thinking/innovation to the team  

 

What you will do:


•    Support the delivery of high-quality communication and culture projects
•    Support managing a training program for 150 Global Industry and Value Advisors 
•    Adapt different approaches depending on project requirements
•    Assist project managers in developing, tracking, updating, and writing updates and follow-ups
•    Schedule trainings across the world in different time zones
•    Attend team meetings to assist with action items and next steps 
•    Support updating and finding new content for the community platform as well as collecting feedback
•    Support communications related to the community platform 


Educational Requirements:


Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited University  
Preferred: Business/communications/strategy/journalism or marketing background 
Open to other academic backgrounds as well, if the candidate is the right fit.

Commuting to the office in Copenhagen will be required.
Start date: As soon as possible
Part-time: 20-25 hours a week (flexible according to the university calendar)
