Summary & Role Information 

We are looking for a apprentice to join the Total Rewards Team located in France. The apprentice will support the French team on the compensation and benefits activities, but also provide ad-hoc support to other team members based in EMEA North and MEE.

 

The apprentice will help to drive, execute and manage efforts and activities involved in the development, implementation, administration and/or continuous improvement of innovative and tailored total reward business solutions. In this role, the apprentice will assist other team members in the successful design and delivery of a defined set of Total Reward solutions. In close collaboration with the other members of the Total Rewards team and the HR organization, assists all efforts required for the design, implementation and/or continuous improvement of Total Reward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize the total reward and support the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business results.
 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Work with Total Rewards Partners on their compensation & benefits day-to-day activies. Scope will be mainly France but ad-hoc support will be needed for other european countries.
  • Work with Total Rewards Partners in data preparation for Work of Council, Annual Mandatory negotiations. 
  • Dive the local Benefit and Total Rewards Policy Portfolio evolution.
  • Run projects.

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers, Excel. 
  • Outstanding problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Relentless focus on (internal) customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in French and English (at least B2 level).

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
