The SAP Platform & Technologies Customer Success Partner (P&T CSP) team is committed to supporting each other to ensure success, both individually and as a team. ROLE SUMMARY  

  • In this position, the student will have the opportunity to deep-dive into all aspects of the SAP Business Technology Platform as a core tenet of the SAP Digital Enterprise strategy.
  • He/She will have direct contact with end customers, to drive the experience of the customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, post sales relationship management, …
  • The student will also experience event management as he/she will attend and operate customer onboarding and customer adoption events.
  • He/she will be able to tremendously increase his/her personal network within SAP: Global Cloud Platform Teams (i.e. GTM, Product Management, Product Development, …), Financial Teams (i.e. Deals Desk, Controlling, …), Sales teams (i.e. Industry Sales, Solution Specialists Sales, Pre-Sales, …), Partners, …

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

  • Post-Graduate Degree 
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Creation of customer-facing content
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Platform, and of Cloud Architecture is an asset.
