Summary & Role Information

  • The HR Business Partner role partners with mid & senior level executives within SAP, to provide HR consultation to the team on leadership, management, organization and people strategy and ample opportunities for us in HR to make a difference.
  • We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to take advantage of the fantastic learning opportunities this position affords.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy by Area: Translates SAP's People strategy into strategic people programs and initiatives to support business success and to BUILD the skills for the future, DRIVE SAP’s winning culture, and CHANGE the way we lead.
  • Team & Organization Development: End-to-end responsibilities for team and organization development activities and consultation with business leaders.
  • Workforce Insights & Planning: Scope, set-up, and delivery of workforce planning activities in line with business needs.
  • Transformation Management: Transformation to THE cloud company, supporting complex cross-functional projects by managing change & transformation.
  • Act as ambassador for our How-We-Run and Lead Behaviors
  • Drive the Diversity & Inclusion project for SAP France
  • Lead the HR communication for France

 

Experience

  • 8+ years overall working experience in HR with 5 years as a HR Business Partner in international environment and ideally in IT sector
  • Experience in HR topics such as: Talent Development, Leadership, Compensation, Organization Design, Succession planning, Learning, DE&I, Employee Relations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, influencing, relationship and team building.
  • Ability to think strategically, lead a transformation, problem solving and facilitation skills.
  • Client-focused. Focus on driving innovative, simple, pragmatic solutions to ensure customer success
  • Innovative and flexible.
  • Fluent in French and English
