The Sales Director BeLux Enterprise Accounts (m/f/d) is a senior SAP leader who will have the final responsibility to lead a flexible and professional sales organization of seasoned profiles. Focus will be on driving new cloud business, revenue growth and customer lifetime value. She/he/they will drive and evangelize all aspects of the SAP strategy in the Key Accounts territory, which are our large and existing customers, and report directly to the Managing Director of SAP Belgium and Luxembourg.  
 
What you'll do

 

  •  As a sales leader, you will combine accurate & consistent business forecasting with a hands-on mentality to successfully close transformational sales cycles 
  • You will be responsible for driving and executing growth within your territory to ensure an adequate pipeline of opportunities 
    • You will develop, monitor and adapt demand generation strategies with your team to guarantee both short- and long-term success. 
    • You will connect with a wide audience of stakeholders: 
      • Externally, you will actively maintain C-level relationships across industries, communities and within our partner ecosystem.  
      • Internally you’ll maintain proactive communication lines with your fellow leadership team and extended sales team on both a local and regional level. 
  • As a people manager, you will build, maintain and inspire a team of senior and diverse sales professionals and leaders. Important drivers for success will be:  
    • Supporting the success of each team member towards their quarterly and annual sales objectives 
    • Effective team communication stimulating harmonious and productive interaction 
    • Facilitating individual growth & development of all team members through active coaching of all team members 
  • As an active member of the SAP BeLux leadership team, you will be expected to: 
    • Contribute to and communicate about the overall strategic direction of SAP within Belgium and Luxembourg 
    • Act as a management sponsor towards several SAP BeLux topics and/or projects 
    • Act as a role model for the wider organization, demonstrate best practices and encourage a culture of sharing experiences, celebrating success and keeping SAP a great place to work 

 
What you bring

 

  • 10+ years of senior sales experience of which 5 years of sales management leadership experience 
  • A proven track record of leading high growth sales and sales management teams towards consistent sales target achievement by creating loyalty, trust and commitment to organizational goals
  • Experience within a multinational and/or SaaS environment is considered a plus. 
  • Mastering the ability to create, execute, analyze and adapt Go-To-Market plans together with all its linked workflows. Understand and implement the highest-leverage activities toward winning big deals
  • Outstanding organizational leadership skills on both a strategic and tactical level with a clear ability to act as a change agent 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch and French
