Spain Post Sales Operations team is looking for a student employee for 6 months (we can extend it 6 months more)


The Digital Business Services (DBS) organization helps customers to solve and reduce complexity by integrating SAP’s innovations faster and simpler.


As a student employee you’ll get a deep business knowledge of support processes of the consulting organization. You are expected to contribute with a wide-range of tasks in a flexible business environment, under the leadership of the Spain head of G. Post Sales Operations.  Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Creation and administration of 3rd party Shopping carts/Purchase Orders
  • Preparation and consolidation of Missing Days
  • Assistance with the Forecast of Utilization
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Ad-hoc reporting

Some of the assignments and responsibilities are fixed and some will be given on an ad-hoc basis, depending on your competences and performance. The above-mentioned tasks will be coordinated by you. You can expect flexibility in your working hours during the exam periods. This is a 6 months’ vacancy, it can be extend for 6 months more.  You will be based in the SAP offices in Madrid.


  • Currently in the middle stage of your degree (ideally: economics, accounting, controlling, business administration)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Reliable, self-driven and responsible, fast learner
  • Focused on deadlines
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • SAP Systems knowledge is of advantage
