What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Human Resources, based in Madrid (Spain)
Location: Madrid, Spain
Expected start date to end date: Nov/Dec - Nov 2022
Working hours per week: 20

 

In this role, you’ll:
For this position, we are looking for highly motivated people, who are eager to explore unconventional ideas, develop inspiring proofs of concepts, and create added value for SAP and our employees with leading edge technology. Agility, flexibility, and creativity are key attributes to stay ahead in this fast-paced environment.

Your Role:
•    Create compelling content & stories (e.g. articles, newsletter stories)
•    Organizing and assisting during events and workshops
•    Create and adapt communication assets (e.g. PowerPoint presentations)
•    Conduct research and contribute to projects regarding people and culture programs and initiatives
•    Support in diversity & inclusion initiatives
•    Coordinate team deliverables and cross team collaboration
•    Support with data management, analysis and data story telling in the context of People Analytics
•    Support with the execution of our HR Dashboard Strategy that focuses on improving data-based decision making in the context of HR

 

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

•    Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field of study: Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Communications, or related fields
•    Strong interest in Human Resources in an innovative technology company
•    Fluency in English and Spanish – both written and spoken
•    Hands-on mentality and a reliable team player
•    Good presentation, communication, and networking skills
•    Computer skills: Experienced in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint), Coding and analytics skills as a clear plus 
•    Soft skills: Conscientious and analytical with good interpersonal communication and time management. Creative and resourceful with a self-starter attitude and a can-do mindset
•    Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is passionate for people and data and is committed to learn and grow.
