Purpose and objectives

SAP CX Services within the SAP Global Customer Success organization focusses on performing highly specialized remote and onsite services for  customers in the Customer Experience Area. Goal is to increase customer success with their SAP CX solution by supporting them throughout their lifecycle with SAP.

As the Communication Intern for the CX Services Team you would take on a wide ranging tasks from ensuring the effective organization of the CX Services Communications and knowledge sharing. Initiative,  creativity and solution orientation will be key for a successful execution of this role. The actual scope of the position will depend on the experience of the applicant and it will be linked to performance.

  • Manage newsletters, go-live announcements, and other communication activities.
  • Help organize team events

Education and qualifications/ skills and competencies

  • University degree “in progress” or equivalent (Marketing, Communication or similar)
  • Proven excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written and reading).
  • Proven planning & organizing skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent in content and social media campaigns
