Purpose of the role:

 

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for defining and managing the delivery of our Expert services: Success plan, Quality assurance, Experts on Demand, Migration, … on the whole C/4 Hana offering, mainly in Spain and also in the Southern Europe area.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

           

  • Define and manage the delivery of our Expert services: Success plan, Quality assurance, Experts on Demand, Migration, …
  • Responsible for the management and co-ordination of both the customer and partner of assigned enterprise engagements to ensure successful implementation.
  • PS budget responsibility for assigned engagements, including revenue and cost
  • Support successful project implementation phase on business, conceptual and programming level through various Consulting activities as required.
  • Actively participate in high-level workshops and project setup planning with partners/customers
  • Escalation management in terms of product, service, maintenance
  • Coordinate cooperation of partner, customer & hybris as first point of contact
  • Ensuring all service revenue and margin opportunities are maximized
  • Pre and post sales involvement  in commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Working closely with Customer Account Management and Channel Management
  • Promoting SAP Hybris’ Professional Services approach and service offerings to partners and customers
  • Actively involved with the sales team in pre-sales as appropriate.
  • Positive contribution to the ongoing enhancement of hybris service standards
  • Play a leadership role within the team

 

Qualification:

Education:

 

Degree in Computer Science or Business related subject or business experience in related field.

 

Professional Experience:

 

Customer facing experience

Sound experience in a customer relationship or project management role

Ecommerce / Multichannel knowledge

3+ years experience as a Program Manager working on large customer/programs

Good communication skills up to C level management

Previous experience in a software product or services company

Willingness to travel regularly in the region

Experience in working in sales / bid environments

Sound understanding of technical principles

 

 

Personal: 

 

Very good English language skills (verbal & written)

Sound knowledge in all MS Office tools including MS projects

Achievement orientation, creative thinking and enthusiasm

Open-minded, strong in communication

Very good presentation skills

Strong organizational skills

Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly

 

Mobility

Travelling to customer and partner sites within Southern Europe
