PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

The HR Cloud Coordinator plays a key role in providing support for the entire Human Resources department and other cross functional teams across the whole organization.  The role is within the HR Operations, Cloud Services team and will report to VP of HR Operations, Cloud Services.  The team is responsible for providing technical services and support for SAP’s internal HR cloud solution which supports processes and programs related to Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Data Management, Talent Management, Compensation Planning and Learning.

As the role is in a global shared service environment, the candidate must be at ease working across cultures, and must be flexible in adjusting work hours when needed.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

  • Provide high level of customer service to organization for our internal HR Cloud system
  • Coordinate and manage monthly, quarterly and annual activities required by the team to perform (i.e., Quarterly release tasks, efforts for knowledgebase across modules)
  • Document all existing and upcoming processes and manage handling of all existing and required documentation
  • Internal access monitoring and management
  • Handle training & enablement needs for the team and support growth and program development
  • Coordinate and handle team activities and initiatives amongst global team members
  • Liaise processes among the members of the global team and ensure implementation of policies and practices
  • Support initiatives the team is currently working on
  • Support internal and external communication activities
  • Handle internal team Onboarding and act as buddy support for all new hires
  • Support enhancement request and escalation activities
  • Identify areas for improvement within the team and make recommendations on ways to optimize the system and/or improve existing processes
  • Partner closely with various internal and external colleagues to ensure service level agreements are met and a high level of customer service is provided
  • Drive for Improvement & Innovation

 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal/written English communication skills required
  • Ability to work in night/shifting schedules required
  • Ability to adapt and work in a changing environment    
  • Proven ability to interact in a culturally diverse environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • Preferably 2-3 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/HRIS/Data Management/HR Reporting and Analytics or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in leadership roles preferred
  • Help Desk experience is a plus; but not required
  • Experience with various HR systems preferred
