ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you a recent graduate? The Solution Advisory Team in Mexico is looking for a Young Professional with a solid foundation in Finance / Accounting! It is expected you will be continuously learning and expanding your knowledge of SAP Finance and oCFO (Office of the Chief Financial Officer) offerings to help customers run better. The Solution Advisory Team is built by Solution Advisors that possesses advanced level knowledge of SAP solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy. A Solution Advisor interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, technical/solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.

The Primary role of the Solution Advisor during an active sales cycle is to gain understand of customer requirements and identify SAP solution than can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings. 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
 

  • Identify and execute demand generation activities in collaboration with the sales teams and marketing to ensure sufficient pipeline coverage for the Digital Core S/4Finance and oCFO.
  • Support Marketing Events
  • Invest time in educating our Partners to enable them to support their software selling motions and help us scale.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and help define sales strategy, drives qualification and deal governance 
  • Create a memorable experience across all interactions with our customers by ensuring you adhere to the operational best practices such as:

                 - Ensuring quality and empathetic discovery sessions

                 - Executing dry runs and

                 - Presenting SAP’s compelling user experience for all use cases

                 - Create and utilize digital assets 

  • Present our solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders in many different industries from the C-suite to the hands-on end user
  • Provide our customers with solution expertise to support strategic Proof of Concepts. 
  • Maintain knowledge with quarterly release cycles you need to proactively stay up to date on latest enhancements and new capability
  • Innovate, innovate and innovate across client solution architected, presentations given and those mesmerizing demonstrations

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

Maximum of 2 years of working experience

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 

  • Recently graduated Bachelor´s degree in financial accounting, business administration or other related field
  • Excellent customer relationship, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and listening skills.
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Familiar with Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and video creation tools
  • Strong ability to create and deliver effective presentations in a virtual setting
  • A faster learn and not afraid to ask questions
  • Can thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated; a self-starter
  • A creative and critical/innovative thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
