ROLE INFORMATION

 

We are looking for a motivated, curious and proactive university student in the last year of the study with an interest in systems and analytics to support the SAP SuccessFactors Commercial Development team across Northern EMEA (UK, France, BeNeLux, Netherlands and Nordics). 
In this role you will become an integrated member of the team and would own a variety of responsibilities and take part in a number of key programs.  
This is a great learning experience to see first hand how a high performance software sales team functions and to play an important role in the daily administration of our tools and processes. 
You will support sales operations with reporting and analysis as well as improving process efficiency and productivity. You will also leverage your creativity to develop high quality materials and communications for internal and external use.

 

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Support regional Commercial Development Lead with daily cadence reporting and analysis
  • Support regional teams with campaign roll outs and sales support
  • Create and provide feedback on internal system adoption and results generated
  • Examine sales reporting processes to detect and follow-up on new sales opportunities
  • Supporting the rollout and maintenance of sales automation tools

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Currently a university graduate or close to graduation with a focus on business, communications, information technology or related subjects.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Languages: Being fluent in English is a must
  • First experiences with SAP internal systems or other sales operations or sales systems is a plus
  • Technical understanding and affinity for IT solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong written and oral communications skills in English
