We are looking for a talented senior consultant with strong knowledge and project experience in S/4 Hana Order to Cash domain. Knowledge and interest in CRM/C4C area (C/4HANA Sales and Service) is considered as a strong differentiator to cover end to end customer experience processes. Senior Consultant will work in a client facing role implementing SAP projects that transform business processes.
Basic responsibilities encompass the full lifecycle of projects, including process analysis, conducting workshops, providing recommendations and options for team consideration, writing design documents and flow charts, developing functional specifications, documenting and executing test scripts, writing training documents, delivering user training, and executing Go Live transitions with Hypercare support. The candidate will understand adherence with the project scope and recognize when to escalate developments to the Project Management Office (PMO) which impact the project cost or timeline

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • The Senior Consultant will lead and participate in the Blueprint or Explore phase of the project for the Lead to Cash extended business functions, including business analysis, solutions, design, configuration; and production support to the organization.
  • Lead small, medium or large projects with supervision through the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support).
  • Proven experience with template assembly, roll-outs and deployments.
  • Solid experience in best practices and processes involved in the implementation for acquisition and divestitures/spin-off.
  • Solid experience with traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Extended multi-project experience with Opportunities, Sales Scheduling Agreements, Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Pricing and Customer returns. Strong experience with EDI communication as it relates to processing.
  • Should have good experience with Transportation Scheduling System, Deliveries, Shipment
  • Good hands on experience on using User Exits / BADI related to Sales, Pricing, Delivery and Invoice processes.
  • Proven skills developing WRICEF Functional Specifications.
  • Create functional specifications in support of new functionality and enhancements.
  • Design new SAP forms and workflows to improve business process and improve user experience.
  • Communication – Communicate effectively and appropriately with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and resolving operational SAP issues.
  • Multiple full cycle implementations project in a lead or sub-lead role.
  • Ability to work with and communicate with Nearshore, Offshore and Offsite team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Available to travel to client sites as directed.
  • Confident written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills.
  • Good English knowledge, written and spoken
  • Italian mother tongue

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicable SAP or Industry Certifications.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
  • Experience with S/4Hana and C/4Hana (C4C Sales and Service)
  • Understanding and experience with SAP Best Practices.
  • Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Industry experience required: Automotive, CPG, Retail, Fashion.
  • Experience with Service and Warranty functionality will be a plus.
  • Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Simplifications and Enhancements will be preferred.

  

Position Requirements

In addition to a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, and a minimum of seven years’ progressive experience, the successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years SAP consulting experience, specifically with SD, CRM/C4C, OTC exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and supply chain management processes and best practices
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP ECC-SD and ECC-LO
  • Expertise in the integration with FI, CO, PP, MM, CS
  • S4/HANA knowledge
  • C4/HANA (Sales and Service) and/or CRM/C4C knowledge
  • ABAP development and debugging skills a plus
  • Experience with Activate and/or Agile Methodology for Implementation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company
