EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • In this role we expect you to grow to junior sales role through helping experienced sales force in their daily operations and understanding how the business goes
  • Your activity will be focused on increasing the overall efficiency of MidMarket division thru the support of back-office and front-office operations
  • There will be analytical part on a big volume of data, internal processes, internal communications with all sales related departments, external with partners and customers
  • Crucial part will be to identify current install base customer details in respect of additional purchases of SAP solutions, help to communicate with them, organize the engagements, presentations, events, contact via email, mail, phone and on-site
  • An applicable solution portfolio should be acknowledged in perspective of further positioning to customer, with a general understanding of sales values and motions
  • Overall, the goal is to facilitate communication of Account Executives assigned to current clients and bring customers to new sales cycles, and help with engagements also to understand sales functions in detail and to develop own sales skills
  • Some of the activities will be run in a project framework and the role assumes managing a short projects streams with managing virtual teams to achieve project aims

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student Information Technology/Computer Science/Economics/Management or University Students close to closure
  • Excellent customer and colleagues focus and communication skills (oral/written)
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Fast learner with IT affinity
  • Willingness to help and support
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written) is required

Requirements:

  • Students of senior courses;
  • Fluent in English and Russian, written and spoken;
  • Data analytical skills and advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
  • Strong communication skills coupled with an aptitude and passion for public speaking;
  • Relationship-oriented possessing an aptitude for quickly creating and nurturing connections with individuals from different cultures;
  • Sales-oriented skills and «can do/make it happen» attitude;
  • Experience in a sales environment would be your advantage;
  • Experience preferably in a technology company
