Job Overview:

Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company’s annual revenue and booking quota for assigned territory. Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationships. Develops sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging third party relationships. Responsible for sales account management and customer satisfaction. Reports to the Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieves business goals. Ability to connect and lead CXO conversations directly.
  • Ability to drive effective prospecting in the assigned territory to create a healthy pipeline
  • Managing Pipeline Acceleration and progression with prospects and also maintain CRM discipline
  • Develops and maintains an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned territory and develops strategies to generate cost effective sales leads. 
  • Develops sales strategies that link prospect’s business drivers to SAP Concur’ s Employee Spend Management Solution. Effectively demonstrates and presents SAP Concur’ s solutions to qualified prospects.
  • Accurately qualifies and prepares Pre-Sales Consultants and Services staff for customer demonstrations and presentations. Shares input with other departments in preparing sales materials
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Position Requirements 
Education, Experience & Training required:

  • MBA in a business or technical related area of study
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience selling ERP/Enterprise Solutions or financial solutions or Spend Management Solutions or Experience selling cloud solutions, applications software , infrastructure software, or analytical tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills, Highly motivated and able to work independently and Creative problem solver
  • Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with procurement, legal and business team.
  • Experience working with and managing channel partners and direct enterprise customers.
  • Job involves 40% to 70% travel
