PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Hybris Customer Success & Services Organization is focused on maximizing successful outcomes for all users of our software products and services. This large global team works in a passionately customer-centric way to ensure our customers stay loyal to SAP Hybris.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Support the execution and delivery of enablement & engagement programs for the SAP Hybris solutions with the goal to empower the user community across the post-sales life cycle
• Assist in the execution of regional customer-facing community events and actively support global events
• Work proactively and communicate with stakeholders, subject matter experts and colleagues to extract the right information for internal process support
• Maintain and analyze engagement data and deliver comprehensive reports
• Set up and continuously improve internal knowledge management processes, structure content and coach others

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills

• Graduation degree in Communication, Business or related field
• Analytical and structured thinking combined with excellent presentation skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team
• Professional presence, articulate and proactive
• Excellent English language skills and good knowledge of German language (both verbal and written)

 

Preferred skills
• Additional languages preferred
• Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive,
  creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus
• Ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment
• Passionate about customer engagement and online technology

 

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Experience in business support for services organizations
• Experience in establishing and supporting processes for enablement, engagement programs and content for industry professionals
