Our team Global Center of Excellence – Sales Enablement Strategy, Programs and Content is responsible for the design and implementation of strategies, programs, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our selling ecosystem within SAP CX.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We have high expectations for an ambitious, enthusiastic, self-starter. As an Intern you will become an integral part of our global Center of Excellence – Sales Enablement Strategy, Programs and Content team with an exceptional, fun and passionate working atmosphere. Get insights into an exciting and fast-paced industry that is at the forefront of digital transformation with market leading solutions for Customer Experience (CX). You will learn about the sales process from start to finish and you will gain critical insight into the inner workings of a rapidly growing sales organization, and the strategies, processes and systems that support its growth. The position will provide extensive learning opportunities and the unique chance to contribute and make a difference and learn from a diverse team of experienced Enablement professionals.

Your accountability will mainly focus on three areas:

  • Sales Enablement Strategy & Content
  • Sales Enablement Programs & Execution
  • Special projects per request related to enablement

Your work will include the support of global-acting teams by contributing to enablement programs such as new employee on-boarding, maintaining internal tools databases such as SAP JAM, Allego, Smartsheet and collaborating with a variety of intercultural teams across SAP globally.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled as student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, Informatics, Marketing, Social Sciences or similar
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); Communication tools such as Skype
  • Language skills: Fluent Business English
  • Flexible and able to navigate around various projects
  • Bring a passion for technology and how it changes businesses
  • Conscientious, responsible, ability to work independently and as a part of a team
