PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Hybris Customer Success & Services is a new department comprising the SAP Hybris Customer Success & Renewals and the SAP Hybris Expert Services teams.
The mandate of the organization is to drive customer success through world class customer management and service delivery.

This position is for the Operations department of the team, to support execution excellence for the SAP Hybris Customer Management and SAP Hybris Expert in EMEA and MEE.
The person in the role will support the business in reaching their KPIs, which include, but are not limited to, top line and bottom line, renewals and utilization targets.
The person in the role will be in charge of ensuring that all end to end processes are in place for the business to be able to run smoothly.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The main tasks for the role are listed below, but are not limited to them:
- Work closely with the SAP Hybris Customer Success and Expert team leaders in EMEA and MEE to support their execution in order to reach their KPIs
- Organize and support the teams’ QBRs, providing data and recommendations on how to improve KPI achievement
- Work with the teams’ leaders to identify and implement best practices leading to execution excellence and KPI achievement
- Work with the team leaders in order to identify which end to end processes should be created, modified or removed in orde to foster execution excellence
- Support the team leaders with day to day tasks, such as budget and headcount tracking, KPI reporting and so on

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in business management, finance, economics or comparable education or job experience

 

Required skills
- Solid knowledge of Excel is mandatory
- Financial and budgeting skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills up to VP and C-level
- Excellent (verbal and written) English knowledge

 

Preferred skills

- Previous experience in Operations
- An MBA or comparable education
- A thorough understanding of Services and Customer Success processes at SAP
- knowledge of other European languages
- Advanced Powerpoint skills

 

WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 12-15 years of total work experience and at least 5 years of experience in a similar function
- Previous work experience in Operations in DBS or GCO is an advantage
