Your future role: 

The individual will join the SAP’s Revenue and GTM strategy team reporting to the Global Head of Revenue & GTM Strategy (who reports into the Chief Revenue Officer of SAP i.e. Customer Success Board Member). Kefocus includes product/market strategies, the voice of the customer/market for all corporate initiatives (e.g. M&A), implementation of strategic initiatives, and scoping of transformational programs for the Chief Revenue Officer of SAP globally. This role will also work closely with the Global Corporate Strategy team.


Core responsibilities: 

  • Act as a bridge between corporate and Revenue & GTM strategteam to drive SAP’s big growth plan
  • Drive all aspectof problem-solving and strategformulation including identifying problems, forminhypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusionin strategic initiative
  • Analyze ketrends and provide actionable recommendationto internal stakeholders based on assessmentof market and competitors 
  • Analyze business operational performance to define and scope transformational programs aligneto overall Revenue & GTM Strategy focus 
  • Leadership in the execution of global strategic initiatives, projects, or major partof the strategy to execution 
  • Pro-active in reviewing the initiatives and changing course/ updating key stakeholders as needed
  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure execution/ alignment and thought leadership on key strategic focus topics


What are we Looking for:

  • 5-10 years experience as a Consultant with Big 3 consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with experience in driving digital transformation engagements and/ or experience in Enterprise Software/ technology companies (e.g. business development, customer success, value selling, etc.) 
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation, passionate about leading end to end initiative, from ideation to execution 
  • Strong ability to develop hypotheses, work with complex analyses, synthesize findings and formulate strategic recommendations 
  • Experience with a deep knowledge of financial, competitive, regulatory environments across North America or Europe, specifically in the Technology sector 
  • Effective written, verbal,  presentation, and interpersonal skills at an executive to project team levels 
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in German is preferred, but not mandatory 
  • Deep understanding of how large organizations operate, cultural nuances, and manage multiple diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to get things done across matrix organizations and multiple executives are involved 
  • Strong team player, working well within high performing teams, while also being able to work independently 
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
