Job Overview

You will be responsible for the oversight of cross-property planning, development, content, budget, and project management to support the success of sponsorship partnerships. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams including central, regional, and local teams to capitalize on marketing plans to identify and amplify the technology showcases with our partners. You will focus on creating continuity across the portfolio and create consistent branding, communications, operations, digital media, partners, customer references, and events to maximize the value of the partnership for SAP. Key areas you will be focusing on are:

 

Strategic Planning – Support the management of the definition, development, and alignment of rights and assets needed to deliver value back to SAP’s internal stakeholders. You will work with the leadership team to determine strategic goals for the organization and ensure partnerships and programs are delivering on our strategic goals.

 

Content and Program Messaging – Work across Global Sponsorship team to help define, measure, and demonstrate the effectiveness of Global Sponsorship partner activities and evangelize the value of the activity to teams across SAP.

 

Technology showcase and roadmap – Work closely with the technology teams to identify opportunities to leverage SAP technology. Support the technology team to help develop integrated marketing programs that highlight and incorporate the property’s use of SAP technology.

 

Stakeholder Management – Proactively align with business stakeholders to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and goals. Share knowledge and expertise and be seen as the go to person for global sponsorships. Support/enable the sales organization through delivery of key customer assets and stories.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across the Property portfolio to create consistency with asset development that will deliver, together with Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, and Strategic Marketing Communications, audience facing materials by leveraging, tailoring, and syndicating content, positioning, and messaging, to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.
  • Ensure that the teams programs align with integrated audience campaigns and are working with Marketing Execution, identify targets, data, value propositions, and tactics to achieve defined goals.
  • Demonstrate high level of expertise in the evaluation of overall performance to drive strategic change and refine programs for a real business impact. This includes e.g. business and campaign performance across the whole marketing mix, program execution and pipeline impact. Guide others in performance management and drive best practices.
  • Instruct others to utilize standard tools and systems to document, communicate, measure, and monitor program plan and facilitate execution to share content and assets. 
  • Expertly advise execution teams on configuration, execution, and best practices.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in a related field
  • Project leadership (large-scaled projects)
  • Acknowledged go-to person for Integrated Marketing
  • High change agility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate vision into business cases for senior leadership audience

 

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Teams

 

Location
