Social Media Content Manager - Global Social Media

Team Overview 

The global social media team is the operational core of social media at SAP. We strive to scale best practices across SAP’s social portfolio. We’re looking for a passionate digital storyteller to help tell SAP’s brand story and drive engagement across the customer journey.

 

Responsibilities:

· Lead editorial planning and content development for key themes of our social media content strategy

· Collaborate with program/product owners to plan and source content

· Create content and media to publish at SAP brand social media channels – representing 35% of content published each week across the channels

· Actively monitor audience engagement across SAP brand social media channels and respond to positive and negative commentary

· Partner with design and brand teams to build a framework of templates to help provide visual consistency and momentum across SAP’s social portfolio for content related to SAP Purpose topics (e.g., sustainability, diversity, etc.)

· Understand and apply brand standards and accessibility best practices across all social posts

· Monitor performance of social content, innovate and optimize to deliver maximum engagement

 

Skills and Competencies:

· Experience managing social media for business

· Sprinklr proficiency preferred

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Some experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia and Photoshop)

· Knowledge of SAP Brand guidelines and accessibility best practices

· Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Organizational, prioritization, editorial planning and time management skills

· Quickly understand and use new tools
