We are looking for highly talented individuals to join a new solution engineering team, where open collaboration with the best and brightest technicians and the lead architects for our lines of business, as well as with internal engineering teams is the key to success. Further we are prepared to invest in and build on your capabilities by offering an extensive education and certification program, such as for example Certified Kubernetes Administrator or VMware Administrator.

  • Identify potential solution gaps in the services provided on the platform and fill those gaps by architecting and developing missing services.
  • Drive innovation and community by contributing to the open source upstream of projects which the Converged Cloud API interacts with, e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Gophercloud.
  • Teaching of workshops, evangelizing of features via presentations, and general knowledge sharing.
  • Practice an exceptional level of customer service in all interactions with stakeholders, providing a unique, tailored experience.

A Successful Candidate Should

  • Ability to translate complex requirements into technical designs and produce high-quality network diagrams & documentation.
  • Experience with architecting, developing, and improving cloud native services.
  • Presentation and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and technical teams.
  • Broad engineering knowledge which could include experience with programming or scripting, automation involvement with tools such as Terraform, Linux skills, container, storage, or network expertise.  Further we are prepared to invest in and build on your capabilities by offering an extensive education and certification program, such as for example Certified Kubernetes Administrator or VMware Administrator.
  • You can quickly grasp complex architecture and integration approaches, map these to solutions and capabilities on our platform to ensure successful end-to-end implementation or migration according to tight timelines.
  • You have the consultative qualities and the technical acumen to both listen to the stakeholder’s needs, whilst at the same time guiding and nurturing them towards constant innovation.
