Value Management Center (VMC) is strategically important group within Value Advisory that extends services to the high-volume business with low-touch digital capabilities.

VMC Value Advisors are responsible for helping customers in General Business and Large Enterprise space transform their organizations by collaboratively developing justifications for technology investment decisions by aligning solutions and business outcomes to strategic imperatives and building business cases. This includes the identification of value possibilities, shaping the opportunity value and building out the compelling drivers for a business transformation.

Responsibilities & Objectives:

  • Lead customer engagements virtually to assess strategic objectives, identify key improvement opportunities, conduct benchmarking and business cases, and present executive-level justification for change utilizing a templatized approach to deal execution
  • Support the development of SAP High Volume Value Advisory practice (evaluation and development of tools, processes, and templates) for high volume cloud deals 
  • Develop industry-relevant field content for this market segment and enable field sales teams on a new go-to-market paradigm of becoming self-sufficient
  • Successfully pitch value engagements to customers
  • Contribute to internal account strategy discussions in a meaningful fashion




Key Attributes:

  • Proven consultative engagement approach: ability to identify the need for an engagement, then shape, sell and run the engagement
  • Diverse industry experience
  • Proven success with challenger-sales type engagements
  • Exemplary research and writing skills with a strong emphasis on ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise executive summaries
  • Experience in diverse technology landscape and process/technology integration issues, SAP technologies preferred
  • Positive, motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude

Qualifications, Education and Preferred Skills:

  • 5 - 7 years of professional experience in operations or management consulting. Sales experience is highly desirable
  • Strong project management, group management and facilitation skills
  • Design Thinking or a similar method a strong plus
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work in virtual set-ups with 0-5% travel requirements when travelling is safe
  • MBA or equivalent degree from a top university
