Are you a passionate, inquisitive recruiter, who likes coaching managers, and who wants to run in a large, multinational, complex, and matrixed organization? Do you have exceptional networking, relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills?

As a Talent Advisor at SAP on the Corporate Functions recruiting team you will recruit for SAPs Marketing & Solutions, People & Operation, Office of the CEO, Global Finance & Administration Board Areas. With a particular emphasis on client management, proactively attracting top-level talent to SAP, and growing our own talent from within we are going to change SAP and the world!


  • Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy, and drivers
  • Understand Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client group/s
  • Articulate SAP’s value proposition and strategy in an exciting and compelling manner
  • Can operate effectively and act as the trusted advisor in the recruiting process
  • Develop and lead the recruiting strategy
  • Identify, attract, screen, and select candidates
  • Coach managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision making
  • Manage offer process


  • 3+ years recruitment experience
  • Bachelors/Masters or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge software sector, or experience supporting similar client groups preferred
  • Influencing and advising senior clients and executives
  • Knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to SAP
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other networking tools to source candidates
  • Research and understand your target audiences
  • Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and process management
