The CoE Business Process Specialist for Service Delivery Excellence brings operational excellence and close attention to detail to the overall operation of the Premium Engagement service delivery process.  In co-operation with the front-office team, he/she evaluates customer requirements, adapts out internal service documentation, and engages corresponding SAP organizations to facilitate delivery of the Premium Engagement service. The CoE Business Process Specialist takes the full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the documented resource requirement and is accountable for communicating the clear expectations of each resource demand. As part of a global team, you will be working closely with other SAP Regions and other SAP Organizations to assist in the fulfilment of our services and safeguard the overall policies and procedures of our organization. The CoE provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Through our SAP Support internal training program and "on-the-job training,” you’ll get the ideal preparation and knowledge you need for a successful start and integration into our team.


Experience/Role Requirements
•    Requires Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, MIS, Business or Business Administration desirable.
•    1-3 years of experience including internships

•    Very strong English communication skills and ability to summarize complex details into a concise format
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills
•    Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment, while coordinating efforts across a distributed team and organization.
•    Additional expertise with data analytics and organizational reporting a plus. 
•    Requires perm US work authorization, as there is no sponsorship for this role at this time
