ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Founded in 1972, SAP is the world´s leading provider of enterprise applications, analytics, and mobility with over 170,000 customers around the world. SAP is currently seeking a Senior Business Processes Consultant – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
- Detailed planning of process implementation
- Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
- Develop and Assure quality of process models
- Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
- Support in escalated projects
- Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
- Support of pre-sales activities
- Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
- Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years of SAP EAM experience with several full cycle implementations
- Experience in asset-intensive industries e.g. Oil and Gas, Utilities, Mining is a plus
- Knowledge of at least two SAP BTP solutions in one of the following areas: data and analytics, application development and automation, integration, enterprise planning, and artificial intelligence
- Experience of implementing at least one of the following EAM software on cloud: SAP APM, SAP BNAC, SAP FSM, SAP SSAM and SAP S/4HANA public cloud
- Knowledge of one or more integration points to EAM, including Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Financials/Controlling (FI/CO), EHS.
- SAP Activate Methodology
- Soft skills: excellent written and verbal communication, workshop facilitation, and building long lasting relationships with customers

University degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 105,200 - 228,300 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
