The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the Premium Engagement Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Enterprise Support customers. Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. As every customer is unique, we provide individual high-quality support to them based on a value-based/outcome delivery approach.
The CoE NA Logistics Planning and Procurement team focuses on the top Max-Attention customers, providing them with conceptual and Architectural guidance and helping in the Digital Transformation in Intelligent Spend Management and Supply Chain area
Main Tasks & Objectives:
- Gathering requirements in process areas such as SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Management, Response and supply, Inventory Management, Production Planning(PP), detailed Scheduling(PP/DS), and Advance ATP.
- Create the “to-be” technology footprint, develop a solutions roadmap, and develop a phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within the supply chain, planning, and operations. Business Process
- Champion or Expert in at least one or more functional areas like SAP IBP Demand Planning, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply, PP, PP/DS and Advance Available to Promise (aATP).
- Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area
- Work with Domain Architects (including Data, Infrastructure, Application, and Security architects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.
- Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.
- Contribute to the SAP Thought Leadership, providing content-rich support at events and via other media
Education & Qualifications:
- Higher education degree
Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain planning with hands-on exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM and IBP consulting or aATP/Product development, Integration CPI-DS, RTI, and SDI
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP or S/4HANA aATP
- Strong knowledge of the logistics process
- Knowledge of Business Technology Platforms (BTP), SAP Build Process Automation, API/oDATA, and Machine Learning would be an added advantage.
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++) would be an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Solving performance problems, data consistency issues, and availability analysis of complex SAP solutions.
- Solid understanding of the current market environment and perspectives on current IT trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications for large and small enterprises in creating and sustaining competitive advantage
- Outstanding presentation skills, ability to design, prepare, and deliver high-impact presentations
- Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment. Must be a self-starter able to deliver high-quality content on a tight timeline
- Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution focused, willing to learn
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 105,200 - 228,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
