Skills:
- Lead and Facilitate MDG requirements gathering workshops across multiple domains such as Product, Business Partner (Customer and Vendor)
- Redesign master data management processes to simplify and automate business processes
- Working with clients to establish data standards, data governance structure and data compliance standards
- Validate conceptual data models, including socializing and implementing logical and physical data models; identify data sources (including business rules, definitions and attributes)
- Conducting data analysis and profiling using common tools to develop logical data models and flows.
- Knowledge of BRF+ and integration technologies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Strategy to Implementation programs related to SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA MDG
- Experience eliciting high level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams and use cases
- Experience in doing design thinking workshops for clients
- Exposure to using AI/ML creatively for client challenges
- Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies and expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++)
- Proven ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner to managers on all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and written and oral skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Procurement
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, computer Science, or related technical specialty
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with 3 years of experience in development
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102,100 - 221,700 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
