PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

In Total Rewards, we are responsible for one of the most important balance sheets of a company: What an employee gives to the company and what one gets back in return.

The Total Rewards Experience Design team focuses on providing an exceptional experience and opportunity for all our employees, enabling close collaboration between different business areas as well as global, regional, and local teams as we believe in the power of cognitive diversity.   

We are looking for someone highly creative to become our Communications Designer for our benefits portfolio, ideally in Americas or APJ time zone, who is passionate about creating the best benefit experiences for our employees, deeply connected with the overall employee value proposition.  

 

TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • You are super creative and enjoy digging into complex content and visualize it in an empathetic way that everybody could relate with.
  • You have great attention to detail and ability to learn new content fast.
  • You understand how to tell a story and can design materials and produce videos which stand out by touching people.
  • You easily connect the dots between different topics for even greater experiences of our people.  
  • You love authentic writing, and you can turn complex content into empathetic communications, outlining the value for the recipient. 
  • Your material and communication design are based on the voice of our employees (data-driven). 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in Marketing and/or global communications
  • Expertise in translating highly complex topics in simple materials
  • Ability to structure complex content and build clear storylines         
  • Relentless focus on achieving the best for our customers
  • Experience in being part of international and cross-functional projects or rollouts
  • Enthusiastic about agile co-creation and project management
  • Fluent in English
