Overview:

The Training and Enablement Manager is responsible for the effective delivery all operation training curriculum. The Training Manager is a crucial contributor to a results-driven and professional regional organization, with direct influence on the professional training and enablement for security standards and procedures in each security program area.

Responsibilities

 

  • Developing and implementing training and enablement strategies
  • Aligns training activities with our organizations goals and objectives to ensure revenue, growth, and to meet adoption targets
  • Supports the development and execution of relevant, effective training objectives, content, resources, and processes to advance product and technical knowledge and meet brand and service needs
  • Delivers timely updates to enablement curriculum and training materials by identifying ongoing training needs and objectives
  • Manages the security onboarding process, including content, curriculum, calendars, and resources to provide appropriate training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provides direct support and motivation by developing and implementing individual coaching plans, including calls call centers, and traveling to field sales offices to conduct training onsite
  • Conducts training needs analysis by attending onsite visits, observing customer service calls and encounters, and applying best practices, analyzing s results, and consulting with management
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of training programs and knowledge transfer
  • Makes recommendations for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness by refining training programs, content, and methods and developing and implementing new approaches and techniques
  • Manages multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders and business objectives
  • Manages continuing education and training for the Security Program Services teams
     

Qualifications
 

  • BA/BS in related fields from an accredited (4) year college or university
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and executing effective strategic training plans, including multi-phase learning and comprehensive curriculum
  • Ability to effectively develop and deliver impactful training presentations and workshops to engage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and diverse audiences with measurable results
  • Clear track record of managing multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders and business objectives
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with the varied department, management, and audience levels (including presentation skills)
  • Ability to function independently, manage assigned tasks and maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Experience with LMS applications
  • Video Editing Experience (nice to have)
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
