The HXM Solution Advisory Specialist possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors core HR/Payroll/Time solutions to build and support NA demo environment solutions leveraged by the NA Solution Advisory team.

 

General Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the payroll process, especially SAP payroll
  • Payroll Control Center configuration
  • Configuration of payroll schemas (calculations) and rules
  • Strong understanding of integration configuration between cloud payroll and cloud HR.
  • Experience in Time Management configuration
  • Knowledge and experience in the following areas is a plus: SAP HCM, ABAP, EC Time Management, EC, S/4, Presales
  • Strong Communication and Project Management skills, including agile working methods to capture and deploy iterative updates
  • Good written and spoken English required

 

Tasks

  • Maintain NA demo landscape including latest innovations
  • Drive payroll & time sales strategy into demo solution configuration
  • Maintain and monitor the integration between SuccessFactors and ECP and solve replication issues
  • Work closely with SAP solutions (S/4, Concur, Fieldglass and more) to deliver an intelligent enterprise experience
  • Tight Collaboration with NA solution advisory, global solution experience and product management teams
  • Deliver presentations on solution capabilities and sales positioning
  • Act as champion and thought leader for current & future payroll capability
  • Act as a team player and support your colleagues
  • Provide enablement to the broader team

 

Deal Support:

 

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and appropriate industries. Assist with RFP and RFI completion to support customer proposals.
  • Ability to effectively present to customers “remotely” using virtual technologies
  • Effectively leverage support teams who are there to support presales success. (Global / Regional Solution Specialists, Center of Excellence, Industry Value Engineers, Solution Hubs, Deal Advisors, Solution Experience, Product Management).

 

Experience & Educational Requirements
 

  • 4+ years of implementing, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise level applications
  • Experience working with software applications with deep experience in SuccessFactors including mobile, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience with key SuccessFactors Partner Solutions including BSI Tax Factory, SCP-CPI, Workforce Software, and others like integration with SAP Products like S4 HANA.
  • Basic to advanced knowledge in one application/technology area / basic knowledge of at least one other area
  • Basic to advanced understanding of business processes within one application/technology area
  • Basic to professional skills with one programming language such as ABAP, JAVA, . NET
  • Technical skills (debugging, tracing, verifying complex customizing)
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of Business Management Basics and of Basic Business Processes
  • Basic knowledge of implementation of Notes and Support Packages and Service Packs; execution of transports or upgrades, (cloud) system operations
  • Language: must be fluent in English
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Natural Science, Technology, Business or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.

What Background You Have:

  • 5+ years of SAP/SuccessFactors HR/Payroll consulting experience including hands on configuration/implementation cloud and/or on-premise experience
  • 3 - 5 years of solution focused role in HXM areas including core HR, payroll and talent management
  • 3+ years of Enterprise Software experience
  • Expert knowledge/expertise in end-to-end HR system processes/solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills English: proficient
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent: minimum requirement
  • Master Degree or equivalent: optional
